The property charged a high parking fee & valet fee. If you parked your car yourself you still had to pay the parking fee and you had to park the car a good distance away. In addition, the property charged a daily service fee which was quite high and in addition to the high price of the rooms. The eating options were minimal and all VERY expensive. For such a high-end place, the service was sorely lacking. The pool beds were very limited, leaving you with a choice of getting up at 7:30am to grab a bed or sitting on the concrete under an umbrella (if you were lucky enough to get under an umbrella!). There was no service at all, including no water, before 10am on a holiday weekend. Overall, I was very disappointed in what I perceived as a high-end property.

Great place for families. Resort has daily activities including crafts, movie theater, and pool side activities. Restaurant is great to spend all day at the pool. This is our 4th time there and we hope to come back soon.
