“Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”

This resort was quite nice for a weekend of biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail and exploring downtown. Nice to be able to do our laundry and bed was very cozy. Very comfortable and clean overall. All that we expected for an in the city weekend stay.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The place was very clean and it's very comfortable and homey. I expected smaller guest quarters, but it's a full, roomy apartment. The location was perfect for me, and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. “The apartment was very clean and well cared for. The host, Victor, responded quickly to our questions and needs. The only critique is that there was some noise to contend with coming from the upstairs apartment and adjacent apartment. Besides that, it was a nice place to stay.”

“This property is in an excellent location with walking to restaurants and downtown. The property was clean but very dated. Historic in this case means OLD. Old furniture, doors that don’t close properly, kitchen that is not set up for cooking, lumpy bed and generally old stuff. It resembles my grandma’s house in the 1960’s.”

“This little house was perfect for our family to use while visiting family in the Simpsonville area. My son (3) called it our “adventure” house. While we didn’t use them, I appreciated the washer/dryer capabilities. There were plenty of linens provided and the space and rooms were comfortable. Overall, a great place and just what we needed!”

“Greenville was our family’s Spring Break destination this year. We were blessed to find this exceptional home to stay in. Jessica, our host, was easy to work with. The home was beautifully decorated and inviting. It was clean and provided everything we needed for our group of 9. The location was great. We do a lot of VRBO rentals and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed.”
