"Bess is a wonderful host, providing kind and generous hopitality, and quickly responds to any questions that may arise. Duck Farm is a cozy, clean, and comfortable house peacefully and privately nestled in a wooded setting, with the duck pond just steps away from the front door. The beds are very comfortable, and every room in the house is completely furnished with every possible thing a guest would need and want. It was a wonderful place to stay during our time in the Greenville area."

"This property was ideal for what we needed. Our son graduated VCOM with multiple ceremonies and we need a place we could all convene and celebrate. Proximity to downtown Spartanburg was ideal, and the space lent privacy to a small family gathering after the ceremonies. "The house had a great variety of fun activities -- chess, piano, lake complete with fishing supplies, hot tub, pool, books, board games, and more. Check-in was convenient and easy. We were provided with great details and instructions on how to use the items at the house and where to find things. The kitchen was amazing and truly well-stocked with cooking supplies. "This little house was perfect for our family to use while visiting family in the Simpsonville area. My son (3) called it our “adventure” house. While we didn’t use them, I appreciated the washer/dryer capabilities. There were plenty of linens provided and the space and rooms were comfortable. Overall, a great place and just what we needed!"
