Guest service wasn’t great , my kids found hair in the bathroom when showering, I would of liked if the workers would offer special or things to buy or either room service, other than that it was a good place to stay.

Perfect place to stay if you’re going to Carowinds. Hotel and room were very clean and well kept. Staff was nice and accommodating and the breakfast was very decent. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

It’s a comfortable hotel right across from carowinds. . The next town of Pine Ville has some nice restaurants if you’re the grandparents and want to avoid fast food places.

Room 218 had bed bugs, and we were moved to 318 which was right on top of 218, which didn’t make sense to begin with. Checked the beds in room 318 and there was food and yogurt behind the bed. The maintenance man even said it was bad and took pictures and sent them to me. Housekeeping is not doing their job, especially when my other room was dirty behind the bed. Front desk and maintenance team were friendly and understanding. It’s not the front desk fault, it’s housekeeping not checking. Looks like they were there for a while as some were big and dried out and plenty of small ones. Had to do laundry 1:00 am in morning and left at 4:00am because we couldn’t sleep
