Great hotel, walkable to conference centre and downtown. Doorman opened the door for me every time which was a nice touch. No view but that's ok, I wasn't there to look out the window. The construction next door didn't bother me at all. Hotel was very clean. I would stay there again.

Cleaning staff, Darlene, was excellent. Had a couple of issues, safe and phone not working. Forgotten one day, breakfast voucher offered in compensation next day. Offered to move us, but we declined. Front staff, valet staff and food service staff were amazing. Room was great, bed was very comfortable. Convenient location.

The location is perfect for walking downtown & the rooms were very clean & spacious. The rock photos on the walls all around the hotel was a nice touch. Plus, the hotel staff was very friendly & helpful. Loved this hotel.

Overall we had a lovely stay. Great vibe and clean rooms. We found the staff at exhile restaurant quite unfriendly, it was unfortunate as we were there for 5 days and felt like we were a burden. One female staff was very welcoming and friendly ( apologies I forget her name)

So the Jag Hotel In St. John's was overall 4 stars, the good is that the rooms were clean, spacious, bathroom and shower were excellent. Staff was helpful and cheery. Con, I did not like the chairs in the bar or restaurant. There are a lot of restaurants' a short walk from the hotel as St. John is not a very spread-out city. Overall recommend the Hotel and would stay here again.

Hotel was a great fun place. Loved the rooms and general feel of the place. Parking was a nightmare at best. The vibe of the place was great, little "Stones" forward for me, but what do you expect with a name like "Jags", I do get it. But to completely ignore the Beatles and Zep?!? That just seemed wrong. Great sound track playing all the time, LOVED THAT!!!!
