“Overall very poor and did not meet VRBO standards. We enjoyed Summerlin and the HOA operations. The owner did not list the property deficiencies that she was well aware of. We communicated our concerns to the owner directly and they were ignored. VRBO can check our email chain for our concerns expressed to the owner and her answers or lack thereof.
