Pool House! Newly renovated 3 bed/2.5bath with huge backyard. Enjoy the whole house with everything you need for vacation, a place you will feel more than home in Vegas!

***Brand new air conditioner.
***Brand new water heater
*** High ceiling living room with 55" roku TV.
*** Keurig coffee machine, Toaster, Air fryer & more.
*** Washer & Dryer free in laundry room.
Whole house including full fenced backyard, pool, patio furniture outdoor.

No mailbox available. Please order with front door delivery only with your own responsibility.
The pool cleaning is every Thursday and the pool guy will work in the backyard only.

The trash pickup day is every Tuesday.

Almost like home
Very roomy, comfortable and just right for day to day living. We didn't feel like it was stuffy that you couldn't just enjoy. Little bummed with no heated pool but the weather was perfect so cooler pool worked out.

"Hip Hip Hooray, We Enjoyed Our Stay"!
Outstanding! The home was very clean, well stocked with clean linens, essentials and ALL the seasonings a cook desires and needs. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and 20 min. from the Las Vegas strip. Definitely recommend this vacation home. My only concern were the dogs next door.
