"Parking will hold 4 trucks with trailers and this includes on street parking and the gravel parking area. We had to park a car on the trailer so we had room for the side by sides to park in the gravel area. There is no privacy other than bathrooms. The house otherwise was clean and held 10 guests. There are alot of run down or abandoned properties right around the area. There was alot of late night traffic."

"It was a great place to stay nice and clean cottage everything you needed , located in a private area. The owner of the cottage had checked on us occasionally to see if we needed anything and said if we didn't have what we needed just let him know he would make sure we had it. They were very nice people. We even got to meet his family. We enjoyed a few nice evenings sitting by a fire, listening to music and cooking out on a grill that was provided with the rental property also had an on-site pressure washer to clean our side-by-side which I thought was very nice to have as an option. Did not have to go into town and find a car wash to clean. Could clean there at the cottage every night and start the next day with a fresh clean machine to ride the next day. The whole place smelt clean and fresh as well as the linens and as we sat outside in the evenings we could smell fragrances from the mountain flowers. We would highly recommend this place to anyone as we were treated like royalties as we stayed are for four nights at this location, I want to thank Derrick and his family for having us. 👍"

"The Red Dog Cottage is absolutely amazing! By far the nicest and best kept VRBO that we have ever stayed at. It had everything that we needed for our riding trip and is in a great location for single track riders. The hot tub was a wonderful surprise and very relaxing after a long day of riding. The Cool's are wonderful hosts! We appreciated the pre-arrival call and all of the information they provided. Their attention to detail, design, and the work put into the property is quite impressive."

"Very clean. perfect location to ride the trails. Gas and food near. Loved it and would stay again. Owner was wonderful and had a nice neighbor. Can I suggest walkway to back door to take off muddy clothes on porch with more room to hang on the hooks there. A mirror in each room for wives to fix hair and put on makeup so not to hold up the 1 bathroom from others. Needs a handle to hold on to when getting in and out of the shower."

"It was our second time back with our whole quad squad Framily crew and even all the kids loved it. The area is just beautiful and there's plenty of yard room to do fun activities and have the small kiddos ride around. Close to trails and can ride the quad pretty much anywhere. Brandon is always amazing with replying to messages and being quick about it. They're fantastic people to rent from and we will be continuing to go back bc we love it and them so much!!"

"We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Location is perfect because it’s close to everything. Neighbors were very nice! Host was super nice and very accommodating. We will definitely come back and stay again! Dirt Days was a lot of fun for us and my nephews. The vendors were very friendly. The town has a lot of cool history."
