“This place is in a perfect spot. Safe and convenient, it’s close to everything one would want. Falls Park is a five minute walk, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is two blocks away, the baseball stadium is a 15 minute walk, and Gather GVL is an easy ten minute walk. The condo is exactly as described (and pictured), and very nicely equipped for a stay. If in Greenville again, this will surely be on the top of my search list.”

“My husband and I travelled to Lake Lure for my Spring Break. I have rented this condo before and it is the absolute best! Joy is so helpful if you need anything! She made sure she sent an itinerary of the resort offerings for the solar eclipse. The condo is well decorated and has everything you could possibly need to make it a relaxing stay! “The inside of the property was great. Was very disappointed that both decks and the front entryway had obviously not been cleaned for sometime. Cobwebs, dust, and leaves made all of these areas very unattractive. It’s logical to assume that spending time on your decks would be one of the reasons people would choose this condo, and they had not been cleaned for a long time.”

“Property is great. And in a wonderful location! The only problem i had was the electricity had an issue one day and i didn't have wifi or a working washing machine or tv or lights working in the bedroom. They fixed it. But it took several hours.”

“The description of the property was spot on. This is a beautiful condo with an absolutely amazing view of mountains and golf course! Extremely well stocked home. All you will need is a few groceries. Very spacious as well. Nothing beats watching the sun rise over the mountains while sipping on the first cup of coffee on the private back porch. Less than an hour drive from Asheville and it’s airport. Great home point for visits to Hendersonville, NC and Greenville, SC as well!”
