"The stay was amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was how diabolical the hotel was at replying to messages or phone calls about the transfer from the airport that they offer. It took 3 weeks for them to reply and when they replied, I replied within a few hours to book the transfer and still no message or phone call to this day. Rooms are clean and tidy. Amazing view from the top floor of the platinum building with sea view."

"I showed up during the correct check out window in my booking and I was informed that my hotel room “was no longer available”. They said they tried to call me, but I did not receive any calls. They tried to put us in a much smaller and not as nice room in a different hotel nearby that they owned. I immediately left and had to book a different hotel. I have never had such a terrible experience booking a hotel online."

"Very comfortable hotel right on the beach. Amazing views of the sea and mountains from the room. Free beach for hotel residents. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Sea water pool for children. At first, we settled in a very old room, but at our request, they found another one, which we were very pleased with. There is only one drawback: there is no elevator :) The administration responded very quickly and promptly to any requests. Thanks to all! Special thanks to Ivanna!"

"Our stay was very satisfying. We had, both, very tasty diner a la carte at hotel's restaurant with excellent (little overpriced) wine, and really good breakfast. Friendly suggestion to the management: - advise the clients at the restaurant that service fee is charged, so that they don't need to give the tip again. - put some signs at the approaching streets close to the hotel in order to facilitate for the clients arriving by car to find hotels entrance and parking.
