Close to downtown. Staff was nice and helpful. The Facility is old, lots of things broken (outlet, hairdryer, elevator, the cards worked every other time to enter the building. Decided to not stay there again

I stay here every year for Triad Anime Convention and always enjoy the affordability and great location. There is an excellent bakery right by the hotel and the walk to the convention center is easy. This year, breakfast cost money, but the hotel still provided fruit, muffins, and other pastries in the morning for free. I love how helpful the staff are and how they are always willing to provide extra towels and amenities.

The hotel is well kept and service excellent. The continental breakfast is very average and never changes. The absence of any dining facility or food sold on site is very problematic and could be fixed by selling frozen dishes for warm up in microwave. The hotel otherwise is exemplary and the above issues might not be a problem for people with an automobile.
