The staff at this hotel were so friendly, kind, and accommodating. Every time we entered the lobby, we were greeted with a smile and kindness. The hotel was so clean. Housekeeping checked in daily. Close enough to downtown. Loved the pool, gym, and hot tub! Highly recommend!!

This was a very affordable option, it had all the amenities: breakfast buffet, pool, etc... But, the property is dated. The walls and doors were very thin. The elevator on B side seemed a little sketchy. Hard starts and slow stops, the board itself inside the elevator where the floors are to be pushed was loose. It was stocked with everything you need!! Shampoo, shower caps, body washes and lotions. The floors of the hotel all throughtout seemed a little dirty and there was water damage. Had the smell of burning incense ?? Which was a little weird. But if you need a quick place to stop, you're safe and have a good bed to sleep in and plenty to fill up on for the day!

The clerk at check in was rude and not helpful. A bus was parked in the check in area waiting to pick up patrons blocking entrance for unloading luggage.

The Club Hotel staff were friendly but disinterested. The room was a “deluxe king suite” with an excellent bed, but the general condition of the hotel and room was dated with signs of age. A breakfast provided was ok but on the lower quality side. We could park near our room which was a bonus. We stayed one night out of five but were charged for two because we waited for them to address our complaints we left a few hours into the “next day.” 😡Now other issues. There was no sink in the kitchenette, just in the bathroom/ cloakroom basin corridor. When we arrived we saw the carpet was not clean. We also saw a red splash stain up the wall to the ceiling next to the hand basin. I cleaned some of it off but could not reach it all.(shaving mishap?) I told the front desk who promised to deal with it. They didn’t. This was a big part of our decision to leave. The others were the general noise of the freeway close by, with insuffficient noise prevention, if any :2 ac units that ran constantly outside our bed room window keeping us awake all night. They said we would not be charged for unused days(just apparently for small parts of them while we wait to see if they will clean our room). When I handed our key in around 3:30 pm they said they would check us out later. 😳No receipt or confirmation given. No refund either until Expedia intervened. $350 for one night plus hours is not good. Be aware.

The staff was very rude upon check in. The area around the hotel doesn’t have anything to offer. It is hard to find decent food that doesn’t cost a fortune without going far away from the hotel. The room itself was nice and fine for a couple days stay. The breakfast was ok.

The place was absolutely fabulous. My wife and I both said that if we ever visit Nashville again, we're booking at Club-Hotel. The only complaint we had was the breakfast buffet. But for the price of our stay, we really couldn't expect any better. Really just want to say Thank You for a wonderful stay.

Staff are so mean, they look they need vacation, elevator is far away, terrible and need an update- unsafe place for kids because they don’t have restrooms near pool and when you try to get in they put a ridiculous sign said you’re not allow to be in body suit there, so how we suppose to pip? When I walked in, the two receptionists were on their phones, I had to say hi so they would acknowledge that I was standing there. Got lost getting to the room because the lady failed to give me directions to the room. There was a slug on the wall in the room. I could people walking the hallways and closing doors throughout the night. Would not recommend this hotel. Just thankful I only needed to stay one night.
