Will DEFINITELY stay again!
Was skeptically at first about this hotel, but when family and I arrive we were more than satisfied. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were beyond expectations especially since they had the Sleep Number bed in the rooms. We had a GREAT nights sleep and didn’t want to leave!!!! Had alot of dining spots in the area that were easy to get to, but hard to choose from!

Will stay again on my next visit
Wonderful location, easy access to surrounding Dallas area. Very clean! And the sleep number beds made sleeping away from home easier. I will definitely return to this hotel!
Enjoy shopping outlets to the north and easy access going downtown to the south.

Not bad but not great
The bathtub ceramic bottom was falling out and the pipe was about 90% stuck so the water went out very slowly. The bed was not comfortable at all. Will not stay in this hotel or at least not room 308 again

Good Stay
The hotel was a little hard to find because they were changing name from raddison to double tree... but after that the service was good and the room was clean. only problem was the breakfest was free until the last day we were there??? how that worked i dont know but would stay there again.

The stay at the then Radisson was beautiful, as they were transiting to doubletree. Everything and everybody was comfortable.

no air
we have stayed there 2 times this month. neither times did the air conditioner work good enough, this time we had to ask for a box fan and run it all night. it was very noisy
