Will use it again

The only negative was a young group of people in the next room, that couldn’t seem to hold the noise down after 10PM. Would be nice if the hotel had pillow top beds, as they were a little on the firm side, but by far not the worse I’ve had. Is very convenient to the Garden Walk, which has some very nice eating spots.

Good Disneyland option

Free parking and location to Disneyland brought us to this location and the rooms were above the expectation I had for them. The location to Disneyland is walkable, 4 blocks maybe, and the hotel is in good condition. I would go back again and recommend this hotel if you are looking for a bed and place to clean up before heading out.

Close to Disneyland

We stayed at the Ramada for a quick weekend trip. The hotel is very close to Disneyland and surrounded by nearby restaurants. Our assigned room was comfortable and enough space for my family. We had some minor issues with during this stay. We were placed on the second floor and directly above the hotel’s ballroom. On our second night, we returned to our room and smelled a strong odor coming from our bathroom. We tried to air out the room and turn on the air conditioner but the smell did not go away. It was powerful enough that we had to call the front desk. Additionally, They had a young adult party with booming music that could be hear through the floor. We knew these issues would create problems so asked the front desk if we could move to another room. They did not second guess our request to be moved and did so immediately. This is great service as far as I am concerned. This hotel is worth staying at but ask for a room above the 2nd floor.

Great Location - so close to Disneyland & GardenWalk

Loved the location, less than 10min walk to Disneyland, and a few hundred meters to the lovely Gardenwalk shopping mall and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Just ok

The hotel was not as close to Disneyland as we had thought and at night the walk back seemed to take forever. There was a large convenience store across the major street which was a great place to get snacks and water before going into the park. Don’t think I will stay here again.

very nice

had a very nice room( although not in it much due to travel constraints) but bed was comfortable and room very well put together and stocked. only thing i might mention is in bathroom... as there was not much of a vanity or none at all to put toiletries or items needed for dressing on(cosmetics, hair dryer, curler) but all in all very nice. we didnt use any of the amenities in the hotel. we really just slept and changed for the new day.

Nice lobby and then...

The lobby os very nice, then I got to the room and the bathroom was clean but questionable at the same time and the pool had all kinds of bugs floating in it and was really dirty. I will not stay here again. I’ll try somewhere else next time.

Completely Satisfied

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Our adjoining rooms were large and very clean with two queen beds, a sofabed and refrigerator. A few "long" blocks from Disneyland. Convenient shuttle just outside the hotel door. Close to restuarants a stores.

we stay in this hotel August 09 . Very convince location. Hotel staff is very help full and they provide all the driving direction.Gandhi place restaurant is very nice food and break fast.We will stay in this hotel again,this was our vacation

Great Stay

My stay at the Ramada was only for one night, but the hotel was in good condition, and my room (1 king) was very spacious. It came with a refrigerator and microwave which was very convenient. Its location is also great for Disneyland goers, as it is about a 10 min walk from the park. Would definitely stay again.

Acceptable quality, but not impressed.

Close walking distance to Disney parks (10 minutes). The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We thought the price was high for a middle of the road quality of the hotel.

Awesome!

The hotel was only about a 10 minute walk or less. It was very close and convenient. The rooms were comfortable and very affordable.The breakfast buffet was awesome! I would definitely stay there again!

Happy with Hotel

The hotel was nice and the room fit our needs perfectly. We had a group of five so the family room worked perfectly. We walked back and forth to Disneyland which might have been too long of a trex for anyone with mobility problems. It was a little farther than we had hoped. The staff didn’t tell us about the shuttle service but we had failed to ask too. The hotel was near some great restaurants which we enjoyed on our three day stay.

Family Friendly at a Great Location!

We stayed in a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed- 2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 and 5. I want to address some of the previous reviews. - The AC is loud/does’nt work: The AC kicking in sounded as any normal unit, the room was a comfy 73 degrees. - The beds are hard: Maybe to some that prefer a less firm mattress, but you cannot please everyone. Slept like a baby! - No hot water: Hot water was immediately available and never ran out. - The walls are thin and the room noisy: The only noise was from the people upstairs stomping feet, This is not a design flaw, it is disrespectful people unable to control their children. - Too far from Disneyland for small kids: We spent 6 nights and walked every time; the walk is 10 minutes. The Garden Walk is shorter in the opposite direction thus making this hotel the ideal midpoint. - The hotel/hallways/elevators smell like the restaurant (Indian food): The only place that smelled like the restaurant was getting off the elevator in front of the restaurant. Our room had a perfect view of the fireworks, the front desk was friendly and accommodating, the pool was heated to perfection and clean, the gym had 3 basic pieces of equipment and was cooled to a perfectly arctic 56 degrees, the underground parking garage was well lit and secure. A few steps from the front entrance you will find pizza, a yogurt shop, donuts, Subway, a liquor store, a photo shop, a gift shop, Chinese food, Mexican food, a 7-11and an IHOP. Great Disney hotel for families!

Great stay

This stay was great! very comfy and restful! very very quiet! The only thing we didnt like about the rooms (we booked 2 rooms) was there was no fan in the bathroom to extract the heat from the showers and the drains were backed up. other then that the service was outstanding.

This hotel is very close to disneyland so it made it very easy to get to and from the parks! also afterhours there was alot to do! this hotel is right in the middle of many restaurants as well!

Pretty great deal

I thought that this hotel was pretty great. It was within waking distence of resturant and a mall. The staff was helpful and the pool was ok it’s best to go swimming in the morning cuz in the afternoon it’s covered with the shade of the hotel. The resturant in the hote are not that great. Enless you like Indian food. Within walking distence from disneyland but would not recommend walking if you are going to be there all day.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

It’s cheaper to drive to disneyland and park in there mickey and friends lot than to take the tran at the hotel. The parking lot is $12 a day.

Fair price for Disneyland Stay

The price of the hotel was the best part. Knowing that you don’t spend a lot of time in the room, the small room wasn’t a big deal. Lots of places to eat close by and the walk to Disney wasn’t too bad (pay for the shuttle if you have little kids). Overall good hotel.

Service was very good. Could walk to Disneyland was not too far. Lots of resturants near by. Pool and hot tub were small but not crowded.

If walking to Disneyland and back it’s a little bit of a ways with small children. Get a shuttle bus.

Clogged toilet

This is a follow up to the previous post regarding clogged toilet. The hotel was responsive in unclogging the toilet on both accounts, they sent someone right away.

Dirty Sheets and Pillows

When we first arrived, the room was clean. But as I was about to lay on the bed, there were yellow stains on the pillow and on the sheet and the blanket. It was like someone had wiped all their boogers on it. I had to call front desk to come and change the sheets. It took them 20-30 minutes to change them. They apologized but didn’t even compensate or even offer anything.

If you’re planning to stay here, my advice is check those sheets and towels to make sure its CLEAN.

Great location and facilities for the price

We had two adults and three children in one room, using two queen beds and a fold out sofa bed. The room was very large and we didn’t feel cramped at all. It had a nice little kitchenett with fridge, microwave and coffemaker and plenty of convenience stores nearby so we could save a bit of money on food and drinks. The weather was unseasonably cool but our kids really wanted to swim in the outdoor pool so I figured I would give them 10 minutes in the pool before back inside for a warm bath. We were delighted to find that the pool was comfortably heated so they stayed in a lot longer without getting even slightly cold. There is also a nice hot spa next to the pool if you really need to warm up! I found the front desk staff to be very pleasant and helpful and they allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot all day after checkout while we went to Disneyland. Oh and did I mention already? It is an easy 15-20 min walk to Disney. According to the front desk you can also take the local Anaheim shuttle although its a pretty short distance. On the negative side, the room got very hot and stuffy so we found we had to run the AC during the night, which is quite noisy when it kicks in. Also, I wasn’t too comfortable in the bed - but that’s probably just me as I’m fussy and no-one else seemed to mind. Lastly, you could hear people walking (and running) around in the room upstairs which was probably the most annoying thing for me. I recommend requesting a top floor room if you can.

If you have young kids - we had a 3, 5 & 6 year old - you may want to use the Anaheim shuttle service to and from the hotel. Alternatively, I’d recommend you bring (or rent) a stroller for the younger kids. My poor 5y.o. had tears rolling down his cheeks the first day on the 20 min walk back to the hotel. It’s tough on little legs at the end of the day! We used our double stroller the next two days and it was a godsend!
