“Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and……

“Clean, comfortable & very convenient for early morning departure flights from Malta Airport! I don’t normally like sharing bathrooms/kitchens but the facilities were excellent, especially the shower! Never saw the hosts as the entry codes for front door & room were sent to me, but l had no trouble entering! Wish l could have stayed longer!”

First, my Expedia Platinum status did not result in the room upgrade I requested. Second, there was no pricing information for the mini-bar items in the room. It’s quite confusing to see a fridge full of items without knowing the cost; I didn't feel comfortable consuming anything until I called to confirm, only to be told that only water/coffee were……

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“I had a fantastic stay at Rosselli. I’m not even sure where to start…! The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful - very comfy bed, great amenities, extremely spacious and even had a sauna! Location is fantastic - right in the middle of Valletta and close to everything but the room was really quiet, which was an unexpected bonus in such a noisy, busy city! Thanks again to the team for such an amazing welcome / stay - I will definitely be back! ”

“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……
