“Das Hotel ist ein Bisschen alt aber immer noch im guten Zustand. Mein Zimmer war okay und Bad/ WC war sauber. Die Restaurants sind fußläufig in mindestens 10 Min. zu erreichen. Steht hier 2 Tennis Courts zur Verfügung.”

“Accessible room was small with no desk, no telephone, no room service, no face cloths, shower room was large but had all toiletries were stacked on back of large wash hand basin which made them out of reach for someone in a wheelchair. ”

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“This was our third visit to the Barcelo Fortina - we visited twice last year and returned this April with friends. However, we had noticed a couple of things that will deter us from booking again. Firstly, I have to say that the staff and rooms are truly excellent - staff are friendly, helpful and faultless. A couple of things riled us at this visit. “Positives: 5* service from the second we arrived with a glass of complimentary fizz while we checked in. Suite with sauna and plunge pool was beautiful and very spacious. Staff at breakfast, by the pool and at the LV restaurant were all outstanding. Food all excellent Minor negatives: The view from the pool isn’t the best, but in the summer I think we’d have made better use of the beach club owned by the hotel (a short walk away). We could have used the slightly nicer pool in the sister hotel……
