The location was perfect as it’s only 3 minutes walk to Paceville town center. Room size also spacious and clean it could have easily been a 5 star review but I spent 7 nights and I was waken up 6 mornings at 8:30am by loud noise of furnitures pulling across the floor above my room. I wanted to use the telephone the 2nd morning to advise the front desk of the issue but no clear instructions of what number to dial for front desk. I reported it to the front desk it was only the last morning I didn’t hear the noise. Everything else was fantastic I will definitely book again.

Better than expected in every sense except the location which is still excellent if you prefer a quiet place.

Very happy with our stay here. Excellent location, the pool terrace with the pool was spectacular! The restaurant on site for breakfast was one of the best on our three week vacation across Italy and France. Service - 4/5 - there was a grumpy many there that got upset when people showed up right at opening for breakfast and he didn’t hide it. The other chef manning the grill was always in excellent spirits and so was the other servers. Room was spacious but the walls are paper thin. If you’re a light sleeper, I would not recommend. We were in our room sitting and relaxing and we could hear word for word the women beside us. Thankful they only stayed for two nights and the room then was empty for what we believe was the rest of our vacation.

Very tasteful spa like decor, fabulous daily full breakfast, high quality toiletries, friendly and caring staff, safe and quiet neighbourhood

The staff were amazing and sooo accommodating!! It felt like they could read our minds. We would discuss something and suddenly it would appear or be addressed like magic. An example, at our first breakfast we said to each other “ wouldn’t it be great if we could have omelettes”. Honestly!! A minute later our waitress said “We also offer omelettes” We were mind blown. The room was lovely, so spacious and super quiet! The sound proofing was amazing. The gym had quality equipment! The indoor pool and sauna were a lovely touch to the hotel. The spa treatments a definite treat! The restaurant was a lovely space. It was my fiancé’s birthday and the staff were amazing!! A special thank you to Manon and Amelea. We cannot wait to return in the summer!
