“Not enough towels/wash cloths for each guest to have 1. Did not get dirty towels/washcloths from room and did not leave clean ones. Had to call front desk multiple times for towels and finally had to go to front desk and insist they be given directly to us but they didn’t have any clean washcloths. No towels at pool. Hallways and pool areas filthy. Water hose and other trip hazards around pool area. Now they are not refunding the deposit with no explanation!”

“Do not stay here! The cleanliness was absolutely horrible, smelt like mold, covered with a chemical smell, the old carpet was completely disgusting and stained, there was piles of garbage lining the hallways and the just tossed the old bedding and towels on the floors outside each room. I wouldn’t even touch my feet on the floors in the room, I had to use a towel to scoot around the room because there was a gross oily film smothered everywhere. Just don’t!”
