“This motel is old and dated, The rooms are sparse and the bathtub finish was peeling. I went out and bought a comforter because the bedding looked old. I checked out early on the second day at 2 pm and didn't stay the second night, Not only did they charge me for the second night which I kind of expected they kept my $100 security deposit and I left the room exactly as I found it, I called them a dozen times about the security deposit and they only answered once, they told me they refunded it……

“Booked property through Expedia and paid for a 1 bedroom suite and received a studio. Though check in process, using their keyless app, was simple, there was no one present to discuss what I paid for vs what we received for a room. When I contacted their customer service number, there was always a human answering the line but they were not empathetic or seeking to resolve the discrepancy.”
