“The welcome and staff we encountered at the reception were friendly & efficient. The room (18) had been updated and was very clean. “It was a nice hotel and the pool was nice, the room was clean but for the money I didn't think it was worth it. Usually a hotel room has a booklet showing tv channels, where stuff is in the hotel and area restaurants, etc. Also, Tracy at the front desk when we checked in was rude and gave us false information. The breakfast bar was ok but I wasn't really impressed with their food selection but that's probably just me.”

“My first concern was walking back to my room as all of the smoke/fire detectors were literally hanging by their wires below the ceiling tiles in the hallway. My room reaked of some sort of Aerosol spray I presumed to mask other odors. Upon opening the window for fresh air I found it to be full of dead bugs and live flies. The window screen had was pushed out exposing the room to insects. I observed two dead flies stuck to the ceiling above the bed. It appeared someone had wiped their snot on the……
