“Hotel staff are amazing and very helpful. Rooms are updated but bathrooms not so much. Although the room was clean, the bathroom cleaniness seemed to have been rushed (also want to note that I had an assesible/handicapped room). There was female hair on the toilet seat and on the floor. The shower chair was rusty but worked fine. Water pressure could have been better, but the hot water worked. “I mean you get what you pay for. Milk was expired one day. Loud tenants, construction outside made it impossible to sleep in.”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”

“We did not spend the night at this hotel. We left within 15 minutes of getting into our room. We arrived well after check in time and still had to wait 10 minutes for our room to be cleaned and ready. The main lobby was clean and looked to be under going a renovation. As we walked down the hall to our room there was an unpleasant smell. Our room had been wiped down but some of the surfaces were sticky. There was not any soap or shampoo in the bathroom and there was a stain in the bathtub. Some……
