“When we arrived at the Property, They had to find a key because they were out, the pool was out of order, they gave us a handicaps' room, the was nasty the shower was filthy, TV had lines on the screen, no phone service, and very load outside from people talking all time of the night and started again at 7:00am till 9:00am”

“Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.”

“Balcony view was decent, but sadly Cedar Key was hit very hard by Helene in 2024 and has not recovered well. Many restaurants /bars boarded up and for sale. Staff was not there when I arrived at 2:45 so I had a 10 -15 minute wait . Nicest place in the area was Island Hotel, their restaurant and Neptune Bar.”

“Loved the cabin; Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. They even got us a grill. You get a living room with big windows, nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen and the bedroom with a big bed. The cabin has 2 a/c units. The grounds were pretty. Liked the pool area too. Very cool that they give you a golf cart. We loved the bike rides. We also booked some horseback riding through the forest. My only complaint would be that they were doing construction behind the cabin. So our view was a……

“The rooms were adorable. The property itself was amazing - on the water with a lovely dock to sit and have coffee in the morning and a beverage in the evening. The amenities- golf cart, bicycles and kayaks were a nice plus for such a reasonably priced property.”

“Terrible. Ended up spending another $1,600 last minute to stay elsewhere. This is not an air bnb or anything similar. It’s is one child size bedroom in a rude old lady’s house. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. She called us that day and corrected our grammar and was very rude. Upon arrival, we walked past a living area……
