“The Hotel was on the edge of town, but was in reasonable walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It is beside the river so there isn't a ground floor and there is only one elevator, so please be patient. The staff was helpful, breakfast bar was good, and it has access to the river and a pool.”

“Excellent beds and air conditioning. Excellent attention from all the staff. There were noisy guests around during the late hours of the night 12am. Breakfast needs to be improved, at least add protein (eggs); and the power outlets failed during the cooking of waffles and bread toaster.”

“I never made it to breakfast until the last day & there were only remnants. I saw chocolate hostess cakes & some of what was left of cereal in the containers. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice but our bathroom light over mirror flickered or never worked & the test/reset buttons never kicked in for the hairdryer to work. This was much more affordable than staying up the mountain in Franklin or Highlands, but the light/hairdryer made it hard to get ready. No towel replacement on our 2nd night.……

“The room was clean and well maintained. Amenities in the room were great. Parking was plentiful and the hotel is in a good location to everything. Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the indoor pool was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay.”
