"Third time staying here. Many things not being fixed or maintained. Location is great! Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Screened in porch is enjoyable. View of lake is limited. Living room furniture is very comfortable as is the bed. Nice but could be a much nicer place if basic maintenance ..."
