"House was in a perfect location and was plenty big for our family of 15. The kids loved the pool and the in house theater. However the house was pretty dirty, the appliances were dirty e.g the Dyson vacuum was filled with black spot, and many of the pots and pans were burned through the bottom and were in need of replacing. The two dishwashers were nice but the door of one was difficult to close and lock. "

"The place was exactly as described on the website. There were toilet issues upon arrival, but they came and resolved it quickly. We were 3 separate families with several young kids between all of us. We felt we had enough space for each family and gave the kids plenty of room to hang out."

"Our long weekend was so lovely. The property was exactly as advertised if not better. We were traveling with a 91 yo who uses a walker and wheelchair periodically. This home is perfectly outfitted for someone with mobility challenges. We took advantage of the pool cabana one day and loved that experience (including drinks and food delivered from the Salty Rim…so convenient!!"

"This condo was perfect! It had everything you needed. The location was amazing. You are just a few minutes walk from the beach. And 3-4 minute drive from the 4x4 beach. There are restaurants, shops, wild horse tour, ice cream shop, etc right next door. Nice quiet place as well. We would stay here again"

"Fantastic location for easy access to the beach. Worked really well for little kids- a minute walk to the waves at most. House was set up well - bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for grandparents and 2 other families with young children. Wide open living room/ kitchen made it easy to gather. Pantry was full of spices, olive oil, vinegar, and paper products- saran, foil, ziplock bags, etc. Pool and hot tub were nice, but used very little by us be because the ocean water was perfect. 4x4 area...

"We loved our week at the house! The location was perfect and the short walk to the beach was great for little kid legs. We also loved having the pool and all the outdoor seating around it. "The house was located on a 4 x 4 only beach, which would have been fine if we had been informed prior to our arrival about the conditions to expect and the proper way to navigate them. We arrived after dark, during high tide, with inflated tires. We should have been told to watch the tide charts because the beach becomes impassable at high tide. We were not, and barely made it to our turn off because it was a shortly after high tide. We should have been told about letting the air out of the tires to make driving on the beach doable, which we were not. This resulted in us getting stuck in the sand and a costly towing bill. We were advised against driving the beach at night by the tow truck driver who said it was very dangerous if you were unfamiliar with the beach. There are many hazards that could have ruined our vehicle if we hit one, luckily we didn’t. The constant monitoring and worrying over high tide and our schedule made for a miserable trip. We were obviously not from the area and consider it negligent that the leasing company did not give us any information other than we needed a four wheel drive vehicle. "
