“Okay ”

“The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was extremely convenient. However, the cleanliness inside the room was mediocre; the chairs were dusty, I spotted a cockroach in the bathroom, and there was no place to charge devices right next to the bed, which was quite inconvenient.”
