“I want to start by saying that our front desk gal, was PHENOMENAL. She was kind, attentive, and extremely helpful. That said, both of our room keys deactivated not once, but twice. We had to park in the back of the building and then couldn’t get into any of the doors. Thinking it was just the door lock, we then tried our room and nope. We got the keys reactivated. “Property is old, carpet torn, no water fillers or hot water for tea at all during our stay. Only place to fill up with cold water was at the breastfast bar and then they turn it off so you can’t use it later in the day. I asked the staff for hot water and they couldn’t help. The property smelled like weed in all the hallways and made us gag, but at least it did not travel into our room.”

“The Hotel badly needs to be updated. The bathroom really needed to be cleaned. It had mold around the bath tub, around the toilet base looked like urine drops. My daughter stayed on the sofa couch which had a twin size blanket which was ripped and smelled!! It just had an old nasty smell. The rugs in the room and in the hallway were so dirty. The people were very nice that worked there. The Hotel was extremely dirty.”
