“Everything was great. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was clean and smelled great. I didn’t get to eat breakfast as I had to leave too early.”

“Perfect for the visit”

“The room was clean but the beds were not the best for sleeping. My TV didn't work properly and even though someone came to check it out for me, no one did anything to fix it other than unplug it and leave it. So, I was there for three nights with no working TV!!!! Management was no help at all.”

“Only thing I asked for were new towels. Never got them. Other than that, there was a chill place to stay.”

“The room was so beautiful and clean they’ve been renovating & it looks amazing, the staff was so sweet the 2 days I stayed & were very helpful & understanding helping me get my booking together ,will book my stays here more often. :)”

“Overall my stay at Comfort Suites was great to me.”

“The staff was amazing! We had trouble with the smoke alarm going off several times. There first time was the night we arrived. All we had to do was reset it! There next time it went off was at midnight, we reset it! The third time was 6 in the morning, we couldn’t get it to stop. The alarm was hard wired, we couldn’t just take out the batteries. We had texted the number of the management and they responded very quickly. We were offered another cabin, but we did not want to pack up and move in……

“Clean”

“clean and comfortable”

“Great staff always fullfilling any request or needs... even helped me w/connecting to WiFi.”

“What a wonderful hotel. Ms. Michelle at the front greeted me very quickly, and made me feel comfortable from the second i arrived. This hotel is so charming, and cozy. It reminded me of the historic hotels I stayed at while in Scotland. I would recommend 1000%”

“No hot water the first night. Mini fridge was not cold. No plugs in drains in bathtub or sink. No pool or breakfast area. No coffee pot in room nor in the building. Some sort of air freshener that deployed through the AC system, although it was a pleasant smell it was so strong your eyes would water. What’s will let us go back is the extremely polite, respectful, and helpful staff. You could not ask for a better manager on site!”
