“In all reality, for someone that’s in town just for work, it’s a great place to stay. They clean your room, replace used towels and do your bed. Restrooms a little small, sometimes slightly noisy outside environment due to the place being next to an intersection. But if you’re just looking for a comfortable bed with hot showers, great a/c, cable tv, and parking right in front of your room, all at the best price you can find in Stephenville, this is your place. ”

“I would give more stars if I could! The host was extremely responsive to all of my messages. The house is beautiful, comfortable and nicely stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Location was perfect! just past the busy part of Washington St. and only minutes to anything we needed.”

“We stayed in ‘Alice’ and it was just fine for 2! It is small but quaint and very clean!! Location is away from any Stephenville traffic - easy to get to! Will be back! Owners communicated quickly prior to our stay. I think this place will be very popular!”

“This property is one cottage of many. We stayed in Cordelia which was in the very back of the property. Though it is a cottage community, privacy was not lacking. Perfect spot for a needed getaway.”

“We decided to rent one of these little cabins instead of paying the high priced hotels which they raise the prices. Because the local hotels get updates from the college on key events are going to happen.. we used to stay in the hotel in that area but moving forward, we will not we would rather give somebody that’s hard-working money. The process was perfect from the minute we booked and the communication was exceptional. Our host was very informative.”
