“Everything was amazing. Except the one thing that matters at a hotel. The bed. I checked into the hotel and laid down on the bed. “Elevator advertised however staff refused to operate elevator for me even though they knew I am handicapped. I asked for a room on a lower floor and they refused. Mattress and box spring placed on floor. Staff entered room to snoop each time I left, they even left the door unlocked. Staff did not inform me of UPS package pickup so they could keep items after I checked out. Infested with Bed Bugs. Someone from the staff followed me around town on my errands. Police told me it was condemned……
