“When I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant attendant. I think the gentleman’s name was Cody. During my stay I had to go to the ER and the lady that was working the desk at 4am (headed out to the ER) was very helpful and kind. Made sure I had anything to help me with what I was going through. Upon returning from ER they were accommodating as well. Was able to rest after coming back to the hotel. There was street noise but what hotel doesn’t have street noise. Upon……

“Maybe the best and friendliest check in ever. The rooms and the hotel its self were great. Breakfast is where the issues came up, the pancake machine was broken, which I get stuff happens, so I decided to get a bowl of cereal, no milk,I say something to the attendant, she said they were out and walked away. I decide I'll just get a glass of juice, the machine only gave concentrate. Again I ask the attendant, who shrugs and again walks away. So I go to the front desk and let them know……

“Front desk gentleman was excellent. We called ahead about a check in question and he had everything set up for us and remembered our names when we arrived. Great customer service. The bed was very comfy! Breakfast had a good variety.”

“Room was very clean, had an odor of maybe fresh install of carpet which was very potent at first, but overall great stay!”

“very nice hotel, clean and enough space for three of us. breakfast is simple but OK to me. It will be even better if hotel can provide hot water or we can make hot water in the room.”
