“The room was very nice. But the check-in experience was terrible...a very complicated system! I would also say that there needs to be some signage outside the building to indicate it as a CozySuites location. The low visibility initials "MK" is not sufficient. ”

“The unit was clean and was in good condition upon arrival. The communication on how to access the unit along with parking pass information was well outlined and easy to follow. The location was safe and gave easy access to restaurants. I was not a fan of the mattress. It was sufficient, but not as supportive as I would have liked. The walls in the unit were thin. You could hear noise from outside of the unit all night. I would recommend having a charging station somewhere within the unit……

“The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise……
