“A bit overpriced. After a long day of travel had to wait a long time to check in while only front desk person was on the phone. Most suites we’ve stayed at in the past had a couple of plates bowls and silverware. Lots of nice cabinets in kitchen area but all empty. No dressers in room to unpack a few things. Beds have plastic under sheets that are very noisy. Refrigerator door opened the wrong way making it difficult to access. We stay at a lot of hotels. Main plus The housekeeping staff was……

“Parking and. Breakfast were fine but shower and cleanliness were terrible. Staff at front desk new and untrained. Water pressure at shower was low. Difficulty washing soap off of body. Shower head had terrible mold and lime build up. . Drain for shower as clogged and bathtub fills up during shower. Front desk person not knowledgeable of room locations. Very unhappy. Thought Hampton had universal reputation of excellence but no more. Will never stay here again. Doubt I can ever stay at……

“Dangerous and rude property. My daughter checked in Friday. They assigned her a room and gave her a key. She went out with friends before bringing in her luggage, and returned after. When she went to her assigned room, her key did not work. So she went to front desk to tell them. They looked up her room, and rekeyed for her. When she opened the door, there was a man in the room. They gave a stranger, her room, and did not update their records. That put her in a dngerous situation. Fortunately,……
