“This hotel was really good 10yrs ago. Now it looks like they have never done anything to maintain it. We arrived last Wednesday and after seeing the deterioration of the dining area, and the moldy smell that came out of our room, we tried to leave. Unfortunately we had paid for the whole stay from Wed. last week until today Wed. The hotel refused to refund us our money and we had to stay. We ask Sunday why our room had not beencleaned and we're told that that the reason they had not cleaned……

Wanted to cancel reservation during the process but Expedia would not comply. Reservation supervisor was cold and unapologetic!”
