“The hotel is a bit far from the center, but everything else was fantastic. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of milk, bread, and fresh fruit. Most importantly, it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great sleep. “Where do I start, our bed linens were stained. Carpets all over the hotel was dirty and paint was chipped of doors and walls. Our shower tub was clogged, and the tub felt so unstable and creaky every move made a loud noise. It almost felt as though the floor was going to give out below me. The pillows were not firm at all, it felt like a bunch of cotton balls inside a pillow case. There were blood stains on the ironing board. I will never stay here again.”

They charged $150 to our card, claiming it was because of a mark on a sheet. I called four times to explain the situation, but they told me they cannot refund the money. On top of that, the hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear people talking and arguing outside, as well as footsteps from the hallway and upstairs. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
