"Great customer service. Our coffee maker didn’t work and they brought us a new one and also gave us a resort credit. We stay in the sky suites. The/beverage selection in the sky lounge definitely deteriorated in quality. Not as many choices as in prior years "

"We love Resorts World and chose to stay at Crockfords on our most recent trip. Dining options are fabulous and the staff is amazing. We love the Dawg House, especially Mikey, Brandon and Adam. It feels like a home away from home. I really like the Crockfords pool option, guaranteed shade on hot days with a smaller private pool area. Having a 24 hour dedicated room service was a big plus as well. "

"The suite is fantastic - good location and overlooks the Bellagio fountains and The Sphere, which is beautiful to see at night. Valet parking was included, which was great. Staff were helpful, friendly and very polite. The only disappointment was the lack of dishes and cutlery in the kitchen. We needed to call housekeeping for them, and they only provided plates and bowls - no glasses or coffee cups, and the cutlery was plastic. For the price and quality of the suite we would have expected...
