“The staff was great. 2 pools were down at check in. The other pool went down due to glass shortly after the 2 other pools became available. The room was clean for the most part. A few small things that could be missed under a deadline. Only 10 channel for the tv. Ice machine did not work on the first floor. Very good location, easy to get to attractions close by.”

“For the price, this hotel wasn’t bad overall. Parking was easy, the patio was nice, and the room was fairly clean. Unfortunately, the customer service from the staff was unacceptable and significantly impacted our stay. First, I reported that the ice maker in my room was not working. I was told someone would come by that next day to fix it, but no one ever did. Later, I requested additional toilet paper and towels. It took an unusually long time for staff to deliver them, and when they finally……
