We were visiting our son that works and lived in Beaver Dam and found it very convenient. The only areas for improvement were a slick bath tub with no grab bars - so would not suggest ...

Stayed for a week and suffered at the hands of a variety of noisy neighbors- the walls are quite thin, unfortunately.
