“Except for the entry and the lighting in our room, the facility was very nice. Birds have commandeered the overhead at the entry. They had built nest in the overhead and were protecting them by flying in and out while pooping everywhere. Also the lighting our room was very poor. Trying to apply makeup was a guessing game. Please install a brighter light in the ceiling in the vanity portion of the bathroom. The staff were very courteous and helpful.”

“The mattresses on top of the vehicles outside are probably cleaner than the beds in the rooms themselves. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The room itself looked nothing like the advertised photos. The room was very musty and upon inspection the bed was dirty with quite visible stains on the sheets, mattress pad and the mattress. I was offered a new room and I denied that request. I was also denied a refund with no explanation from either Quality Inn or……

“Nice clean hotel, restaurants nearby and plenty of parking. Complimentary coffee would have been nice in the mornings instead of waiting for the bar to open to purchase Starbucks. Didn’t see housekeeping despite staying 3 nights so no clean cups or waste emptied.”
