"The room had a balcony with a great ocean view. The pool was small but very nice. This property seemed to attract young families. Our room had nice countertops, was nicely decorated, but the carpet in the living room was dirty. The shelves in the closets were rusty, so we hung our clothes instead. "Accessible to north, east (near family) and south of island, family friendly beach, and grocery stores. A/c is only in extra den with sofa bed so main room had ceiling fan but less circulation, and with windows open, you hear more louder neighbors stomping up/down stairs & loud voices in the middle of night. A/c wasn't needed in den since near patio doors; wished a/c was in main room for temperature and outside noise control. Traffic noise wasn't too bad despite having closest room to street....
