“This was our second stay at the Towneplace Suites in Crown Point. It is in a great location, and is a brand new hotel. My only two wishes are that the beds were more comfortable and that there was some sort of pancake or waffle at breakfast. When we stayed there the first time, I thought it was just because the hotel was so new that they didn't have the waffle makers going, but now several months later still no waffles (or pancakes). Every other Towneplace Suites we have stayed at have always……

“I would strongly suggest you avoid this property. Unit was unsanitary and in disrepair. Filtered water from refrigerator was yellow. Tap water smelled strongly of sewage. Dishes and bathroom in dirty condition. A know leak came from the kitchen sink drain -- obviously an aware issue since a pot was placed beneath it. A curtain rod fell from the wall which nearly struck out sleeping infant. Never received any return communication from the property manager. Lot was incredibly overgrown.”
