“This is a great boutique resort ideal for couples. Those with kids may find other places a better fit (El Silencio for example). Intimate room setups with private hot tubs, excellent restaurant with live music during dinner, and a very nice pool setup for relaxing. The beds were super comfy and staff was wonderful. No view of the volcano but there is a sloth that lives up in one of the trees. For those looking for an intimate, relaxing setting, this is a great spot.”

“The staff was very friendly. We had a family of 5 and we were able to upgrade to the house upon arrival which gave us a lot more room. There wasn't any A/C but there were ample fans to help with the heat. The kitchen was open air so we did get a few critters and mosquitos inside at night but nothing dangerous. The breakfast was very good and we ordered dinner there one night and it was delicious. The property is small so it felt very private, felt safe and the view of Arenal Volcano was amazing.”
