I would recommend this hotel to everyone! The staff made it very hard to leave because they were so amazing to us. I will do a long trip advisors review but Jillyan and David are so amazing as well as Javier, Kevin, Jonathan to name a few

The property has excellent food and the spa and pool areas are very nice. Unfortunately, our room location was a disaster as it was next to the highway and unbearably noisy. It was the junior suite room 419 which was large, and had a view of the volcano but with the street noise we could neither take naps or sleep at night. The hotel was booked up solid so we couldn't get a quieter room until the 3rd and last night. I believe that rooms 319 and 219 would have the same traffic noise. The management was sympathetic and comped our food but was unable to find a better room for the first 2 nights. Room 302 over the spa was small but much quieter. The hanging bridge tour and massages at the spa were very nice.
