“The room is cool, only the key card is always not working.”

“到达和离开时的酒店前台人员很好，但是，酒店的整体服务有所欠缺。到的那一天是周六，晚上酒店的餐厅举行音乐晚会，一直闹到12点。根本无法入睡，给酒店前台打电话，值班的不懂英语。为什么酒店不考虑酒店客人的休息需要，只顾自己的快乐。再有，酒店餐厅的服务较差，每次都多收钱，因为多收的不算多，也就没有认真计较；但是确实令人不爽。”

“Appreciate hotel to provide warm greeting and Birthday's cake on arrival. My wife & I loved our stay at Springfield, the service, accommodations and golf play were absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfast was massive with so many options to choose from. We loved the room and how detailed it's. Had a fantastic view, swimming pool and golf course. Concierge service was excellent. Anyway, we went to Springfield to celebrate my birthday and golf play with……

“房間很乾淨設備很新，但健身房設備差，服務人員態度很好，6人家庭房，滑水道泳池房看不到海景，只有泳池套房看海。 每個人員都很友善，公共區的泳池很大很好，都是歐美與泰籍旅客，沒有東亞。 但離市中心車程15分鐘，只有付費車可以搭乘，100B/PERSON，借腳踏車100B/HR。 ”

“Beautiful location on the riverside. Well kept grounds. Very pretty. Mainly Thai resort but that’s good. My only gripe is the time it takes from ordering dinner in the restaurant to it arriving at the table. I suggest you choose your food for a given time then sit by the river with a drink of your choice then move to table at the time you stated. Everything else was spot on. ”

“Big pool. But needs more attention on clearning the .coz many dead inset on surface.good food, nice golf course. Should let living guests play with better discount, Room are abit dated. But still clean.very cozy, i highly recommended to golf lovers, ”
