“Nice property ”

“The property was ok, we were notified of the painting and cable updates ahead of our visit. What was horrible about the stay was the beach front access that was advertised in the rental was closed and being worked on 24 hours a day. They had heavy equipment and a huge pipeline pumping sand up on the beach. During the night we were awakened because of the noise from the heavy equipment and banging of the pipeline. When we told the property manager, Southern Hospitality they said they had no idea……

“The Palacio Condominiums were dreamy and perfect! The balcony was my favorite place to sit and have coffee every morning. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils and pans we needed. The fridge was spotless and had a great ice maker. The en suite bathroom was spacious with a roomy shower. We especially enjoyed the delicious restaurants located conveniently across the street. ”

“Right on the Gulf, the location was great. The room itself was very clean, and there were nearby shops and a few dining options, which made it convenient. It’s a nice spot for a quiet, low-key family vacation. That said, there were a few drawbacks. Each guest was provided only one pillow, and the blankets were very thin—more like sheets—which made the room feel quite cold at night. There was also no easy way to request extra bedding or fresh towels, as staff were not readily available. We were……

“The property is gorgeous, however, they could give you more details than they do. For instance, we opened the room with no instruction, no directories, no anything. The electrical outlets in the kitchen mostly did not work. I tried to use the Keurig and ran it through a few times and it was the most disgusting thing I have seen. Thank goodness, I did bring my own Keurig.. If you like a really really hard bed than you would love this one. I could hardly sleep and when I did get up my back was……
