“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“Booked a night for the Evening Reds game. Our stay was good. Very clean room. The only issue we had was the heat was not working properly. A maintenance associate came to look at it and it seemed to be working but in the morning it was not working again. Not a huge inconvenience but noticeable. When we turned in our room keys they asked how our stay was and we explained about the heating not working. They were very gracious and apologetic and also comped our valet. I would stay here……

TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”
