For several hours on my check-in date, there was no running water - toilet were messed up for several hours until early this morning. Also, a staff opened my door before 9am saying she made a mistake while my check-out time was 11am. I was pissed and I reported it at the front-desk that a staff came into my room unauthrized while I was yet to check out.
