My stay at 21C was truly unforgettable! The staff's warm hospitality and accommodating nature made all the difference. Rooms are clean, comfortable, large with high ceilings. Room service was remarkably efficient, and the cuisine was not only fresh but also bursting with flavor. After experiencing 21C, it's clear that it sets a new standard for hospitality in Cincinnati. Staff was fantastic, including the very helpful and solicitous valet attendants and front desk staff. Unfortunately, there was a sewer-like stench throughout the hotel for 2 days/nights of our 3-night stay that made walking through the common areas very unpleasant. Once in the room, the smell was much less apparent. The room, itself, was clean and comfortable; however, it was showing signs of being in need of a refresh. Best features of the room were the comfortable bed and the radiant-heat bathroom floors.

We always stay here when we are in Cincinnati for business or pleasure. It's a nice counterpoint to the big business block, hotels and convention centers. The staff are eclectic and interesting, attentive and entertaining. We always enjoy the art installations. The food and cocktails are good. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean.

Artsy hotel in great location. Lobby had a very unusual and unpleasant smell and was uncomfortably cold. Rooms could benefit from an update (remove carpets, clean windows, and showers need renovation). Otherwise, hotel was nice and service was good.

Did not feel like the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Body wash remained empty for my 3 day stay which shows a lack of attention to detail. The rooftop bar is closed, something not shown on their website. When we asked the staff they said it has been closed since "COVID". There was also a standing smell of sewage in the lobby the entire time. Staff said it was a City sewage issue. It was kind of unbearable.

Amazing hotel, very clean and modern! I loved having access to the art gallery on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The location was perfect, there was live entertainment at the fountain everyday and the people were so nice! This will be our go to hotel whenever visiting Cincinnati! 10/10 ❤️
