“Overall a beautiful place to stay. The pool is currently closed but looks nice. The grounds are wonderful with the river running through and multiple places with fire pits and wood staged for a fire. The only area for improvement would have to be the room service, our beds weren’t made each morning unlike at most hotels we’ve stayed at. There is an absolutely fantastic restaurant on site for dinner with an incredible wait staff. The view of the grounds is enchanting with lights strung between……

“This the first time ever that I treated myself to a solo get away for R&R. I started with day at the spa at the Hershey Hotel. Highly recommend that as well. The Inn is delightful and gorgeous. It also an operating horse farm nestled in the rolling hills in the shadow of the Blue Mountains. Spent 2 nights there. Breakfast was delicious. I had a room on ground level with a private patio. When i opened the door to patio it was like stepping into a Van Gogh painting. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Thornwald Mansion. It is nicely secluded in a park yet you are within walking distance to Dickinson College and a shopping center. The property has outstanding amenities and the food selections at breakfast were delicious. The service exceeded our expectations. The room and the bed were comfortable and very quiet. This mansion went under fire and then was rebuilt by the current owner from the ground up paying attention to detail and preserving its history. The……

“We traveled there from Florida for a Lax tournament. There was a 3 moms/ 3 daughters combo staying in the house. The house was immaculate and very well stocked. Plenty of space. The girls loved the basements with the air hockey/ ping pong table. Everyone loved the Pac Man machine including the moms :) The garden was beautiful with bonus lighting bugs at night! The whole team was jealous of our find! Definitely a repeat next year ”
