“Our stay was very pleasant, the outstanding staff were in the Stags Head bar. The service was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely careful of our comfort. Also special mention of the restaurant staff. Breakfast was a pleasure with very nice staff and excellent food. ”

“Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.”

“Excellent decision to stay at the Bracken Hide! Super comfy rooms, the softest beds in Scotland. Quiet. Staff was beyond lovely. The bar is well stocked. And the welcome gift made me feel wanted! I appreciated them, and will be staying there again!”
